Renewal by Andersen is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as Neighborhood Marketing Representatives . If you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and being rewarded for your results, this could be a great fit.
In this role, you'll connect with homeowners in local communities, introduce them to Renewal by Andersen's industry-leading window and door replacement solutions, and schedule appointments for our design consultants.
What You'll Do
- Engage homeowners through face-to-face conversations in assigned neighborhoods
- Share information about Renewal by Andersen products and services
- Generate leads and schedule in-home consultations
- Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We Offer
- Starting pay of $20/hour plus uncapped bonuses to take you to $60k-$85k on average
- $500 Sign-On Bonus
- Performance-based pay increases available within your first month
