Director of Admissions and Marketing

Waukesha Springs Health and Rehabilitation Center is one of the finest long‑term care and rehabilitation facilities in Waukesha. This position is for an experienced Director of Admissions and Marketing , responsible for sales and marketing functions for our 150‑bed skilled nursing facility. The overall goal is to build census and referrals, while growing and strengthening community and physician relationships. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding budgeted census goals; developing and maintaining relationships with external contacts (area hospitals, assisted‑living facilities, physicians’ offices, etc.); maintaining an active source of referrals; and evaluating incoming referrals to determine appropriateness for the facility. The role works closely with the Executive Director, Director of Nursing, and Business Office Manager. Qualifications At least 1 year of sales and marketing experience in a healthcare environment. State of Wisconsin RN/LPN license preferred but not required. Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing. Demonstrated sales and marketing skills with ability to identify niche marketing opportunities in the community. Experience in a health care/long‑term care facility environment (preferred 2 years).
