Agency: United Health Care Staffing Location: Saint Helens, Oregon Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Position Type: 13‑Week Contract Weekly Gross: $2,050–$2,100 Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Provide evidence‑based speech therapy services to improve communication and swallowing function Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercise programs Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) License Master's Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred (CFY candidates may be considered where applicable) SNF experience preferred but not required Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills What We Offer Competitive Weekly Gross Pay of $2,050–$2,100 Consistent 40‑hour work week 13‑Week Contract Assignment Supportive Rehabilitation Team Professional Growth Opportunities Dedicated Recruiter Support Throughout Your Assignment #J-18808-Ljbffr
