Clinical Nurse SupervisorAs a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring high quality, patient centered care across assigned programs or regions in accordance with 245d regulations. The role combines clinical expertise with team management, supporting Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and direct care team members in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care. This position also requires traveling and program site visits throughout the metro.Annual salary of $85,000Qualifications and requirements:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) requiredActive RN license in MinnesotaMinimum 3 years of clinical nursing experienceA valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Check.Knowledge of 245D regulations and person-centered care principlesPrior leadership or supervisory experience preferredStrong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skillsCPR certification and familiarity with EMR systemsExperience in older adults, individuals with identified needs, and / or mental health preferredKnowledge of quality improvement frameworks and patient safety standardsAbility to lead in fast-paced, changing environmentsLutheran Social Service of Minnesota is a dynamic social service organization serving children, youth and families, people with disabilities, older adults, and military veterans.
