Air & Ocean Export Specialist – International Freight Forwarding – Onsite About the Company We are representing an established international logistics provider with a strong operational focus across global freight forwarding services. About the Role This is a fully onsite operations role focused on managing international export shipments from start to finish across both air and ocean freight. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hands‑on operational environment and capable of independently managing shipments throughout the full export lifecycle. This role requires strong attention to detail, customer communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting. Key Responsibilities Manage air and ocean export shipments from booking through final departure (A–Z) Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, trucking providers, and customers Prepare and review export documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance Handle shipment tracking, updates, and issue resolution proactively Communicate directly with customers regarding shipment status and timelines Ensure all shipment files are maintained accurately within CargoWise Coordinate internally with operations and accounting teams as needed Candidate Requirements Strong experience within air and ocean export freight forwarding operations Proven ability to handle export shipments end‑to‑end (A–Z) Strong understanding of export documentation and operational procedures Ability to work independently within a fast‑paced operational environment Strong organisational and communication skills High attention to detail and problem‑solving capability What You Can Expect Fully onsite role within an established freight forwarding environment Hands‑on operational position with broad responsibility Exposure to both air and ocean international freight operations Stable team environment with long‑term growth potential Opportunity to play a key role within day‑to‑day export operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
