Job Description

Participate in customer and internal design sessions to ensure requirement clarity and verify the proposed solution before the build phase begins. Refine and contribute to HLD/LLD (topology, segmentation, identity enforcement, HA/failover model). Resolve complex architectural escalations and lead comprehensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate systemic design-related failures. Build and configure security policies and integrations across NGFW/NAC/SASE/SDN platforms. Serve as project technical lead for assigned workstreams, guiding design decisions and acting as first escalation point. Validate configurations in lab/staging for HA, failover logic, and routing/security behavior before production rollout. Perform change impact assessments and prepare rollback/mitigation plans for production deployment. Coordinate with PMs/architects on rollout sequencing, dependencies, and technical risk management. Mentor and review work of junior engineers to ensure alignment with architecture intent and standards. Maintain as-built documentation and architecture traceability. Part-time telecommuting allowed. 14% a year domestic travel.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and 84 months of experience.
