WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Lead all back-of-house operations in a high-volume, scratch environment
• Build, train, and develop a team you're proud to stand behind
• Own food cost, labor, inventory, and ordering
• Set and enforce the standard for quality and consistency
• Collaborate on menu features, specials, and seasonal offerings
