The HR Business Partner translates strategies into actionable solutions, enabling leaders to achieve their objectives while building workforce capability, engagement, and readiness.What You Will DoServe as a trusted HR advisor to leadership, influencing workforce strategies to meet business objectivesPartner with leaders on talent planning, performance management, succession planning, capability development, and organizational effectivenessAssess workforce readiness and cultural impact of major initiatives; identify risks and mitigation strategiesTranslate data and emerging trends into business impactOffer insights & actionable recommendations to enhance leadership capabilities & team performanceMaintain a comprehensive understanding of the business environment to proactively address challenges & opportunities within Raytheon and Enterprise ServicesCollaborate with HR Center of Expertise (CoEs), HR peers, and business leaders to support enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives across the function including communications, training, and capability-building.Drive adoption of new operating models, workforce strategies, and ways of working to align with enterprise objectives and transformation roadmapsDeliver executive-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations.Travel up to 20% domesticallyQualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years experienceExperience leading enterprise HR, workforce, or transformation initiativesExperience in project and change managementExperience translating complex data and insights into executive-ready materials across functional teamsExperience in an HR partner roleQualifications We PreferProven ability to deliver people strategies that enhance workforce capability, engagement, and leadership effectivenessStrong analytical skills with experience using HR data to drive decision-making and strategic recommendationsPrevious experience supporting remote, and geographically dispersed teams, including internationalWhat We Offer Our values—Trust, Respect, Accountability, Collaboration, and Innovation—shape everything we do. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
