WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Sell and close. Your time will be spent conducting in-home consultations, presenting home improvement solutions, overcoming objections, and closing sales.

• Own the numbers. Track performance, identify opportunities, and take action to improve individual and team results.

• Build a winning culture. Encourage healthy competition, recognize strong performance, and create an environment where people are challenged, supported, and motivated to succeed.

• Keep getting better. Challenge outdated processes, solve problems, and look for smarter ways to drive sales and improve the customer experience.
