Job Details Job Location: TRS COLTON - COLTON, CA 92324 Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 Salary/year Job Shift: Any Regional Operations Manager – Transport Refrigeration Services Job Type: Full-Time Transport Refrigeration Services (TRS) is seeking a highly driven Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple service locations, manage a team of Operations Managers, and ensure top-tier shop performance. This leadership role focuses on driving operational efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with both TRS and customer requirements. Extensive travel required to visit shop locations, conduct audits, mentor managers and support operations.
