Front Office Lead - Pediatrics

Full‑Time Admin Support – Las Vegas, NV, US Salary Range: $17.95 to $21.16 hourly The Front Office Lead is a working position with duties for leading the daily workflow of the front office. Schedules patient appointments, greets patients and visitors, answers and directs phone calls, checks patients in and out, verifies insurance eligibility and assists in general office duties.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of electronic medical record system preferred A minimum of three years experience in healthcare performing similar duties is required. Ability to problem solve. Excellent interpersonal communication ability Ability to communicate professionally with the public Knowledge of insurance programs. Math skills to manage cash, change, checks and credit card transactions. Knowledge of operating various types of office machinery (i.e., faxes, typewriters, copier, etc.) and applicable software applications (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) Knowledge of insurance verification software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow PHV HIPAA regulations Knowledge of medical office scheduling. Knowledge of medical office terminology. Ability to work under fast paced and stressful conditions. Ability to work with frequent interruptions.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
