About the Position

Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 1+ year License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: IRF, Med-Surg Description: Immediate start required. Must have a valid RN license on hand. No local candidates considered. No long-term care experience accepted. New graduates are not eligible. This facility is a state-of-the-art, 42-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital. It is dedicated to helping individuals regain their independence following an injury or illness. The rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. Custom rehabilitation plans are tailored to the specific needs of patients recovering from strokes, brain injuries, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries. The facility strives to maximize health, function, and quality of life through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation. Patient ratios are 5:1 for RN/LPN and 7:1 for CNAs. Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record is required. The patient population includes adults, as well as some geriatric and rehabilitation patients. This role does not require floating to other units.
