Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cape Coral, FL, for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee the kitchen's daily operations, including menu development, food preparation, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards. Responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The role requires strong leadership and a commitment to creating innovative and high-quality dishes aligned with the restaurant's vision.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Culinary Arts, including experience with recipe creation, food preparation, and menu development
• Strong leadership skills, including team management, staff training, and performance evaluation
• Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety protocols, and inventory management
• Creativity in developing innovative dishes and an understanding of current culinary trends
• Attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef, with 2 years in a leadership role
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
