GRC Consultant (W2 only) Location: Remote

Role Descriptions

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field| or equivalent professional experience in information security| risk| audit| or compliance.

Experience in information security| GRC| or security assessment audit roles.

Hands-on experience with RSA Archer| particularly Product Security Assessment or similar assessment modules.

Strong working knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g.| NIST| ISO27001| CIS Controls| COBIT). Understanding of risk analysis| assessment| treatment| and management methodologies.

Demonstrated practical experience using generative AI tools for data analysis| content review| or workflow automation in a professional security context.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to parse complex assessment data and produce clear| prioritized recommendations.

Adaptive communication skills suitable for both technical and leadership audiences.

Ability to work independently and manage a workstream end-to-end with minimal oversight.

RSA Archer Engage

Cyber Security: GRC - Data Security, Information Security

Additional Skills

· Archer certifications (Archer Associate, Specialist, or Architect).

· Experience in financial services, banking, or regulated industries.

· Knowledge of cloud migrations, data center migrations, and governance platform modernization.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, scripting, or automation (PowerShell, Python, etc.

Experience

Experience with the RSA Archer GRC platform development.

Knowledge of Archer 6.x+, including:

Application builder

Advanced workflow

DDEs and calculations

Data feeds & Job Engine

Archer APIs (REST/SOAP)

Experience working with InfoSec, risk management, and compliance teams.

Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
