We are seeking a dynamic City Manager based in Woodstock, GA, to co-lead daily operations and field teams across assigned Atlanta-area locations. Partnering with a peer City Manager, you will ensure seamless, 7-day market coverage while driving operational performance, team development, and regional growth.

responsibilities:



Core Responsibilities

• Market Leadership & Coverage: Partner with a second City Manager to deliver consistent 7-day coverage, serving as the lead point of contact when your counterpart is off or unavailable.
• Staffing & Team Management: Build schedules, manage coverage gaps, track attendance/policy compliance, and collaborate with recruiting vendors to address staffing needs and vacancies.
• Employee Coaching & Development: Onboard, train, and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 employees while maintaining accurate performance, compliance, and disciplinary records.
• Operational Excellence: Monitor key market KPIs-including order performance, collection times, out-of-stock rates, and site readiness-through regular field visits and hands-on site reviews.
• Growth & Reporting: Communicate daily priorities and risks to senior leadership while supporting new launches, process improvements, and market expansion initiatives.

qualifications:
Job Requirements -

Minimum 2-3 years of experience supervising employees in operations, logistics, transportation, retail, hospitality, field services, or a similar fast-paced environment

Previous experience managing employee schedules, attendance, and performance

Experience leading teams across multiple locations or geographically dispersed worksites

Ability to work five days per week on a schedule that may include weekends, early mornings, evenings, or holidays based on operational needs

Ability to travel regularly between Atlanta-area locations

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to work independently while maintaining frequent communication with remote leadership

Ability to use spreadsheets, scheduling platforms, messaging tools, and digital reporting systems

Ability to respond calmly and professionally to time-sensitive staffing and operational issues

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to meet any physical and site-access requirements associated with the operation

Experience managing vendor-supplied or contingent workforces

Experience supporting last-mile delivery, aviation, autonomous technology, or emerging-technology operations

Experience working in a client-facing or outsourced service environment

Familiarity with workforce-management, attendance-tracking, and scheduling systems

Experience opening new locations or supporting market expansion

Experience preparing daily and weekly operational reports

Knowledge of progressive discipline and employee-relations documentation
