Required Skills & Experience Product Owner experience within large enterprise environments Banking background (Corporate/Investment Banking strongly preferred) Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Power Apps Microsoft Power Automate Strong knowledge of Agile / SDLC methodologies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to balance business needs with technical execution Nice-to-Have: Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) Exposure to lending / credit workflows Familiarity with tools such as nCino or Loan IQ Background in integrations / APIs / enterprise systems What You Will Be Doing Own and manage product backlog, prioritization, and sprint execution within Agile teams Partner cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories Support development and delivery of workflow tools (primarily Power Platform‑based) Navigate ambiguity and drive progress in a fast‑moving, lightly documented environment Communicate effectively across both business and technical teams #J-18808-Ljbffr Motion Recruitment Partners LLC
