Potomac Therapy Group is seeking licensed clinical psychologists who are passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy and are interested in working within an insurance-based practice model. This is a fee-for-service, independent contractor position supported by a well-established administrative team, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical care rather than paperwork. Ideal candidates will have experience in at least two of the following areas: Individual therapy Couples therapy Family therapy Child and adolescent therapy Parent coaching Qualifications Required: Licensed psychologist in Maryland or licensed psychologist in a PSYPACT state with current PSYPACT authorization Commitment to evidence-based clinical care Willingness to become credentialed with one or two insurance companies (Potomac Therapy Group will facilitate the credentialing process) Preferred: Availability for after-school or evening appointments Responsibilities Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or children Develop treatment plans and monitor client progress Maintain timely, accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation Collaborate with other clinicians and healthcare professionals when appropriate Participate in ongoing professional development and learning We look forward to hearing from clinicians who are committed to providing exceptional psychotherapy and contributing to a collaborative, supportive practice environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
