Senior M&A Counsel: AI-Powered Deals Lead

Beacon Software is seeking a highly capable M&A lawyer to lead end-to-end transactions, from LOI through post-closing. You will work with the M&A team, draft and negotiate purchase agreements, and manage diligence and post-closing matters in a fast-paced environment.
You will leverage AI tools to accelerate contract review and due diligence while coordinating with internal teams and external counsel. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in high-volume M&A and strong judgment.
