Lunon is the world's first AI-native consulting firm. We run engagements for private equity firms and global enterprises across the full spectrum of consulting work. The work is institutional quality, delivered in a fraction of the time and cost.

We believe the traditional consulting model is fundamentally broken. Firms charge $500 an hour for analysts doing work that AI can do better, faster, and more rigorously. We are building the platform that proves it, and delivering the engagements that demonstrate it.

We have raised a $2M pre-seed round backed by General Catalyst, SV Angel, and top Silicon Valley names, with advisors across the world's leading PE firms and consulting practices.

What you\'ll own

As Lunon's Marketing Intern, you will work directly with the founding team to build Lunon's brand, grow our audience, and drive outbound into the market. This is not a "write captions and schedule posts" internship. You will own content strategy, distribution, and growth experiments end to end, with real stakes and real visibility.

You will build the brand of a company archetype that has never existed before, in an industry that hasn\'t fundamentally changed in decades.

• Your workflow, your tools, your call. Whatever gets the best result fastest.
• You ship it yourself. No handoffs, no waiting on someone to unblock you.
• You stay on top of the best tools as they emerge and bring that to the team.
• You hit a wall, you find a way through it. That\'s the job.
• We are a small team, which means your exposure goes well beyond marketing. You will touch parts of the business most interns never see.

Most internships will micromanage you, hand you projects you didn\'t choose, and slow down your learning at every turn. This one is built on velocity, ownership, and grind.

Must haves

You are a good fit for Lunon if you are aformidablemarketer. This means you stop at nothing to accomplish your goal. We don\'t care much about your current skills or even what you\'ve done before. We care that you will figure out anything you set your mind to.

You must be autonomous. There is no playbook. There is no hand-holding. You figure out what needs to be done and you do it.

You must be AI-fluent. You should be reaching for AI tools instinctively to research, write, iterate, and distribute faster than anyone else in the room.

You must be a strong writer. Lunon\'s audience is sophisticated — PE partners, executives, and operators. Everything you write has to be sharp, clear, and credible.

You must be pragmatic. Lunon is a startup so something is always on fire. Some workflows and processes are still being built. You will help shape them, not inherit them. Some things will be unclear, and some things will change overnight. You figure it out and keep going.

You must be gritty. You pick the hardest, highest-quality option regardless of the effort it takes and you push through it.

Prior startup experience is strongly preferred. If you have already survived the chaos of an early-stage company, you know what you are walking into.

Show us something you\'ve built. A newsletter, a social account, a campaign, a piece of content that got traction. We want to see that you create, not just that you can.
