Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver nursing care to Labor and Delivery patients and families across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status; respond to emergencies; circulate for C-sections as needed.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to ancillary personnel within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with the obstetric team and CNA staff; ensure clear documentation and patient-family education.
- Maintain safety and infection control standards; provide compassionate support to patients and families.

Requirements
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts (3x12 schedule)
- Competence to provide care across antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods
- Ability to respond to obstetric emergencies and assist with C-sections
- Strong teamwork and communication with CNAs and other clinical staff
- Willingness to participate in a 13-week travel assignment
