Regular Full-Time Katonah, NY, US Salary Range: $22.00 To $22.00 Hourly Four Winds Hospital, a leading provider of psychiatric inpatient services that treats children adolescents and adults, seeks a full-time receiving clerk to work in a friendly, warm environment in our Westchester location. Job Highlights 37.5 hours/week Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm Deliver packages daily from the mail room or storage areas to various buildings. Help maintain and distribute supplies from stock, throughout the hospital. Keep logs up to date and routinely forwarding them to the Purchasing Coordinator. Periodic inventory on a weekly basis. Receive supply trucks and assist with unloading and checking of shipments against delivery slips, utilizing PC software. Responsible for supplying housekeeper closets with designated supplies. Maintain the warehouse in an orderly fashion, including regularly cleaning inside and loading dock areas. Breaking down cardboard boxes for recycling bin behind Plant Operations building. Wood Pallets to be disposed in 3o yd. trash container behind Plant Operations.
