Telemynd is a rapidly growing behavioral health company dedicated to expanding access to high-quality mental health care. Our provider network connects individuals and families with licensed behavioral health professionals through accessible, technology-enabled care.

We are seeking a Provider Relations Coordinator (PRC) to join our Provider Relations team. The PRC plays a critical role in growing and maintaining Telemynd’s behavioral health provider network by identifying qualified clinicians, conducting provider interviews, managing the candidate pipeline, and guiding providers through the early stages of the recruitment and onboarding process.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and recruiting needs can change quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Provider Recruitment & Network Growth

• Identify, engage, and recruit qualified behavioral health clinicians to join Telemynd’s provider network.
• Proactively source and recruit therapists through our recruiting platforms
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified providers based on Telemynd’s current network needs, state capacity, licensure requirements, and specialty needs.
• Monitor recruiting opportunities and prioritize high-need states, specialties, and provider types.
• Conduct consistent outreach and follow-up with prospective providers throughout the recruitment process.
• Represent Telemynd professionally and effectively communicate the value of joining the Telemynd provider network.

Provider Interviews & Screening

• Conduct virtual interviews with prospective clinicians to assess their professional background, clinical experience, licensure, availability, technology readiness, and overall fit with Telemynd.
• Follow established interview guidelines and screening criteria to ensure a consistent candidate experience.
• Identify potential concerns or disqualifying factors during the interview process and escalate questions when appropriate.
• Clearly communicate Telemynd’s provider model, expectations, compensation structure, administrative support, credentialing process, and next steps.
• Maintain a professional, engaging, and candidate-focused interview experience.
• Complete timely and thorough interview documentation following each provider interaction.

Candidate Pipeline & CRM Management

• Manage assigned provider applicants throughout the recruiting funnel, ensuring candidates receive timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Prepare, send, and track provider agreements through Adobe Sign, ensuring contracts are accurately completed and fully executed.
• Monitor outstanding contracts and proactively follow up with providers to minimize delays in the contracting process.
• Ensure fully executed agreements are appropriately documented and communicated to the next stage of the provider onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records, statuses, notes, and next steps within HubSpot and applicable recruiting systems.
• Monitor candidate movement through each stage of the recruitment process and proactively address stalled applicants.
• Maintain accurate documentation regarding provider licensure, clinical background, availability, interview outcomes, and recruiting status.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, healthcare, behavioral health, provider relations, sales, customer success, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, or business-related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high volume of candidates, conversations, and competing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with healthcare professionals.
• Comfortable conducting virtual interviews and professional conversations independently.
• Ability to work toward measurable recruiting and performance goals.
• Strong follow-through and ability to manage candidates through multiple stages of a process.
• Ability to learn and apply detailed licensure, provider eligibility, credentialing, and recruiting requirements.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.

Preferred

•Experience recruiting licensed clinicians, including LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs/LMHCs, PMHNPs, or similar providers.

•Experience working in a healthcare, behavioral health, telehealth, or provider-network environment.

•Experience using an ATS, CRM, applicant tracking system, or recruiting platform such as HubSpot.

•Familiarity with healthcare licensure and credentialing processes. xhqgsiq

•Previous experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, resume databases, Smart Sourcing, or other recruiting platforms.
