Your new role

As an Internal Recruiter, you will support the growth of our New York Construction & Property business by recruiting for internal consultant positions that combine sales, business development, and recruitment responsibilities. Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will partner with business leaders to identify top talent, build targeted candidate pipelines, and attract professionals who thrive in a client-facing, relationship-driven environment. Your work will help drive the continued growth of our Construction & Property team across the New York market.

What you will need to succeed

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in agency, corporate, or RPO environments
• Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Experience recruiting sales, business development, recruitment, or other client facing professionals
• Ability to build talent pipelines in a fast paced, growth focused environment
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience within the staffing industry or Construction & Property sector is a plus
