As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Internal Talent Acquisition Partner to attract, engage and hire exceptional consulting talent across Salesforce and MuleSoft.

The Opportunity

This is a critical role responsible for end-to-end recruitment across our consulting practice. You will partner closely with leadership, practice directors, delivery managers and sales teams to build a best-in-class talent function capable of scaling the business.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through to offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
• Build proactive talent pipelines across Salesforce and MuleSoft skillsets.
• Create sourcing strategies for difficult-to-find consulting talent.
• Conduct screening and qualification interviews.
• Manage interview processes and stakeholder communication.
• Drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support offer negotiations and closing activities.

Talent Sourcing

• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking and referral programmes to identify top talent.
• Build and maintain talent communities across the Salesforce and MuleSoft ecosystems.
• Develop relationships with passive candidates.
• Attend virtual and in-person industry events where appropriate.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and hiring managers.
• Provide market intelligence around salary benchmarks, availability of talent and hiring trends.
• Challenge hiring assumptions and advise on effective recruitment strategies.
• Deliver regular recruitment updates and pipeline reports.

Employer Branding

• Promote the company as an employer of choice within the Salesforce and MuleSoft communities.
• Support social media recruitment campaigns and talent attraction initiatives.
• Assist with employee referral programmes and recruitment marketing activities.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain ATS data accuracy and reporting.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics.
• Ensure recruitment processes are compliant and scalable.
• Continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.

Required Experience

Essential

• 3+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Internal Recruitment or Corporate Recruiting.
• Proven experience hiring within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience recruiting consulting, professional services or technology talent.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. xhyhwjd
