Custom Healthcare Solutions is expanding — and we're looking for a driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team!

This isn't a role for someone who wants to simply fill a seat.

We're looking for a motivated, competitive, relationship-driven recruiter who is ready to build a pipeline, make placements, and grow alongside a rapidly expanding healthcare company.

What You'll Do

Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals
Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and interviews
Develop relationships with healthcare professionals
Move candidates through the recruiting and placement process
Partner with internal teams to quickly fill staffing needs
Hit — and exceed — recruiting and placement goals
Bring energy, urgency, and creativity to the recruiting process
