Title Patient Care Coordinator Job Description Patient Engagement: Act as the welcoming face of the office, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism. Administrative Coordination: Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs with high attention to detail. Records Management: Maintain and organize accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality. Insurance Processing: Handle insurance verification and processing to assist patients with their coverage. Clinical Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical staff to optimize daily office flow and patient transitions. Communication: Support patients through clear communication regarding their appointments and care coordination. Shift & Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Requirements Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and patient-centered manner. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle various administrative tasks independently. Reliability: A proven track record of initiative, independence, and dependable attendance. Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive as a team player.
