You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations, managing patient flow, and providing high-quality administrative support in a collaborative, patient-first environment. Keenan Family Dental is a private, community-oriented dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional care and fostering long-term patient relationships. Title Patient Care Coordinator Job Description Patient Engagement: Act as the welcoming face of the office, greeting patients with warmth and professionalism. Administrative Coordination: Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs with high attention to detail. Records Management: Maintain and organize accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality. Insurance Processing: Handle insurance verification and processing to assist patients with their coverage. Clinical Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the clinical staff to optimize daily office flow and patient transitions. Communication: Support patients through clear communication regarding their appointments and care coordination. Salary Range part-time $18 - $21 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Benefits Benefits: Uniform allowance provided. Shift & Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Requirements Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and patient-centered manner. Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle various administrative tasks independently. Reliability: A proven track record of initiative, independence, and dependable attendance. Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive as a team player. Willingness to Learn: Openness to training and professional development within the dental field. Preferences Bilingual Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is a significant plus. Industry Experience: Previous experience managing patient records or working in care coordination is beneficial but not required. Technical Skills: Familiarity with dental software or medical scheduling systems.
