Responsabilidades

Supervisar las operaciones diarias del restaurante
Formar y desarrollar a nuevos miembros del equipo
Mantener el personal
Cumple todas las normas de seguridad
Inventarios y calendarios semanales
Mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio y divertido
Resuelve los problemas de los huéspedes de forma oportuna
Se comunica regularmente con otros gerentes y con el director general

Más de 2 años de experiencia similar
Capacidad para trabajar en entornos de ritmo acelerado
