Security Clearance Type: None/Not Required Security Clearance Status: Not Required Digital Technology (DT) Site Lead This position will be based onsite at our facilities in East Hartford, Connecticut. We are seeking a highly motivated DT manager with strong management and technical skills to provide overall DT support for the Pratt & Whitney manufacturing facility located in East Hartford, Connecticut. What You Will Do The selected candidate will be responsible for business and technical systems management, project execution for enterprise solutions, visual dashboards, IIOT integration, and the sustainment of other localized solutions on the factory floor. They will work with core digital technologies disciplines, outsourced service providers, and customers to ensure that the overall digital technology needs and objectives of the business are met. Key Responsibilities Lead the Digital Technology team at the East Hartford, CT site to ensure that operations are supported through applications, infrastructure, and DT processes. Provide updates to DT leadership on key aspects of local business DT components. Provide project oversight and status updates to business stakeholders. Manage and develop DT professionals to foster career development. Improve and develop innovative site capabilities and software with Connected Factory and Industry 4.0 principles in conjunction with the strategic roadmap for all sites. Work with key business leaders to understand specific DT requirements. Translate customer requirements into a solution design primarily across multiple manufacturing applications and enterprise applications. Understand key applications usage for the business and serve as liaison to subject matter experts. Work with other P & W DT disciplines to ensure coordinated project delivery to meet business priorities. Document local DT processes & procedures and ensure audit compliance. Address facility expansion & business transformation requirements. Perform budget & investment planning for Information Technology needs. Streamline business workflow processes and develop effective technology. Manage components of DT software life cycle development processes. Manage the priorities and requirements, ensuring delivery of infrastructure via service suppliers. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related degree with 10+ years of experience working in Digital Technology, including 3+ years of program, project or team management; OR an advanced degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related degree with 7+ years of experience working in Digital Technology and/or as a business analyst, including 3+ years of program, project or team management. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Qualifications We Prefer Demonstrated leadership skills; indirect & direct supervisory experience. Experience in customer-facing role serving as Customer Relationship Manager. System architecture and design related to manufacturing solutions / dashboard visualization. Excellent customer service skills providing high level of service to satisfy internal or external needs accurately in a timely manner. Ability to work independently with limited direction to accomplish goals and identify process improvement opportunities. Ability to interpret high level business requirements, and liaise between business customers, technology teams and support teams. Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, project management, concise writing, communications, and presentation skills. Benefits Salary range: 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. Additional annual incentive programs may be available depending on level and collective-bargaining agreement.
