Experience with technology is essential.Position DetailsHours: 2 hours per dayContract Length: 186 days per year170 student instructional days7 planning days9 extended daysContract Adjustments: Contracted days will be prorated based on the start dateEmployment Status: (This position is part time and not eligible for benefits unless combined with another position making it full time)Employment Type: 11-month employee on the classified pay scheduleQualifications & RequirementsEducation: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and provide a copy to HR upon recommendation to hire.Documentation: Candidates must provide proof of educational requirements to HR upon recommendation for hire.Compensation & Experience Credit2026-2027 Pay ScaleStarting Pay (Step 0): $16.46/hourExperienced Pay (Step 10): $20.26/hourWe value experience!New hires may bring up to 10 years of comparable, full-time, verified experience.The hired applicant is responsible for submitting the BCPS Verification of Experience Form to prior employers for completion and return to HR.Payroll Note: While this is an hourly position, the salary is distributed via a year-long contract over 10 months. You will receive 4 paychecks at the end of June.Salary Formula: Hours per day × Hourly rate = Daily rate Daily rate × Contracted days = Annual salary.
