About Us We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team as a Consulting Medical Front Desk. Why join us? As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing patient information, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. This role requires 2+ years of experience in a similar role and a strong skill set in communication and detail‑oriented tasks. Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression for our healthcare facility. Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation. Obtain and update patient information accurately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Answer incoming calls promptly, addressing inquiries, and providing information related to our healthcare services. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow. Handle billing processes, including insurance verification, co‑pay collection, and invoice generation. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment. Handle patient concerns and complaints professionally, escalating them to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as filing, data entry, and supply inventory. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical front desk or similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients, visitors, and team members. High attention to detail and accuracy to handle patient information and manage appointments. Proficiency in using medical software for scheduling, billing, and data management. Knowledge of medical terminologies, healthcare procedures, and insurance processes. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. High school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
