GNMA Loan Delivery & Closing Specialist

Newmark in McLean, VA is seeking a Ginnie Mae Delivery/FHA Assistant Closing Officer to manage HUD-insured multifamily loan deliveries into GNMA pools and to coordinate FHA closings. You will liaise with lenders, Ginnie Mae, custodians, trustees and servicers to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant securitization and funding. The role supports post-closing servicing, investor reporting, and wire processing, tracks GNMA commitments and pool numbers, reviews closing documents, and helps resolve #J-18808-Ljbffr Newmark
