Keystone Pediatrics is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Staff member to join our team. This position plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for our patients and families while supporting the daily operations of a busy pediatric practice. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented, highly organized, value teamwork, collaboration, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
- Update patient demographics and medical information
- Collect payments and process transactions
- Answer and direct telephone calls
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Support the clinical team in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Haitian-Creole a plus!
