The Fedcap Group is seeking a Career Advisor at our Skowhegan, ME site to support program participants from referral through employment. You will mentor, troubleshoot, and coordinate with team members to help participants overcome barriers to employment. Responsibilities include developing career plans, building relationships, coordinating supports, and preparing resumes and materials.
