Intellectual Property Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal to support attorneys with domestic and international intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate will have experience handling trademark, patent, and copyright filings, managing IP portfolios, and maintaining deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark, patent, and copyright applications. Manage intellectual property portfolios and docket deadlines. Prepare legal correspondence, reports, and filing documents. Conduct trademark searches and assist with clearance reviews. Coordinate with the USPTO, foreign associates, and clients. Maintain accurate case files and IP databases. Monitor filing deadlines, renewals, and maintenance requirements. Assist attorneys with prosecution, licensing, and enforcement matters. Communicate with clients regarding filing status and documentation. Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Paralegal Certificate preferred). 3+ years of Intellectual Property Paralegal experience. Experience with: Trademark Prosecution Copyright Filings USPTO Procedures IP Docketing Strong knowledge of U.S. intellectual property laws and filing procedures. Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and IP docketing software. Preferred Qualifications Experience with international trademark and patent filings. Knowledge of IP management software such as CPI, Anaqua, FoundationIP, Patricia, or similar platforms.
