Knight Insurance (an Allstate agency owned by D Davis Insurance Agency Inc.) in Chicago is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team!

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative:

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a preferred

Proven track record of winning

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening

Intrinsically driven to be successful !!

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative:

Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $70,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Prepare and present personalized insurance proposals

Resolve client inquiries regarding billing, policy changes, or claims with patience and a focus on positive outcomes.

Collaborate with the agency team to refine our sales processes and maintain high service standards.

Achieve daily goals around activities to generate new business

Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Illinois.

Three or more years of direct experience is a plus

Deep understanding of personal lines coverage and underwriting guidelines.

Comfort working in an office setting while engaging with present clients and prospective clients

Clear, empathetic communication skills, especially when explaining complex coverage to families.

Experience using agency management systems.
