Senior Pastor
Full-time
The senior Pastor carries the primary leadership responsibility for preaching, teaching, providing vision, and the spiritual nurture of the congregation. The pastor has the greatest authority and the most direct interaction with the entire congregation. Required to be on site each Sunday, starting at 7:30 AM – 11:00 AM, preaching the Sunday morning service from 8:00 – 9:00 AM, and leading other church-related activities. Lead the midweek prayer Bible study. Chair the Leadership Council—moderate the church business meetings. Providing administrative leadership in visitation programs, counseling sessions, supervising the church staff, ceremonies, and services.
