Payroll Coordinator

Kforce has a client in Cincinnati, OH that is seeking a Payroll Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Duties:
- Calculate wages, including overtime and bonuses, and process payroll transactions accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes to information including salaries and direct deposit
- Ensure all payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Prepare and generate payroll reports for management and auditing purposes
- Act as a point of contact for employees to address payroll-related questions and concerns
- Manage timekeeping systems, process time sheets, and handle deductions, such as wage garnishments
- Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and processes are streamlined
- Work with payroll vendor to address system modifications/issues
- At least 3 years of previous payroll administration experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong math, data entry, problem solving and reconciliation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with payroll software, ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Word & Excel
