Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health statuses and therapeutic needs through virtual sessions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to each client's circumstances and goals.

• Engage in regular follow-up sessions with clients to monitor progress, provide ongoing support, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize telehealth platforms to effectively document sessions, track client progress, and maintain detailed records to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide referrals to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and specialists, when clients need further medical support.

• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines to protect client confidentiality and foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a variety of mental health challenges including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise will help clients from different backgrounds navigate their individual journeys toward mental wellness. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• At least four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic treatment modalities, specifically evidence-based approaches.

• Skills in delivering both individual and group therapy in culturally responsive and inclusive ways.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, demonstrating an ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and remote communication technologies.
