Client Care Professional for a US Personal Injury Law Firm!

As a Client Care Professional, you’ll guide personal injury clients through the early stages of their case, ensuring they always feel informed, cared for, and confident in the process. You’ll manage client communications, track key case updates, and collaborate closely with attorneys and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.

This is a fully remote position that requires excellent English communication skills, strong administrative habits, and consistent availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Compensation: $8–$9 USD per hour

**What We’re Looking For**

* 2+ years of experience in client coordination, case management, or administrative support_(legal, personal injury or medical experience preferred)_
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and comfort managing complex information
* Experience using CRMs, databases, or case management systems
* Calm, professional demeanor with genuine empathy for clients under stress
* Reliable availability aligned with U.S. Eastern Time

**Key Responsibilities**

* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling updates, scheduling, and next-step coordination
* Maintain accurate, well-organized records in our case management system (**Litify**)
* Collaborate with attorneys and internal teams to track deadlines, documents, and medical record status
* Translate legal processes into clear, client-friendly explanations
* Anticipate client needs and ensure consistent follow-through
* Manage multiple active cases with speed, accuracy, and accountability
