Work Environment

Our rehabilitation facility offers an onsite workspace that emphasizes collaboration and teamwork among colleagues. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life atmosphere while engaging in meaningful patient interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Physical Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive patient assessments to establish individualized care plans focused on achieving specific therapeutic goals and enhancing the patient experience.
• You will implement treatment protocols following physician guidelines, utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest therapeutic techniques to facilitate patient recovery.
• Your role will include assessing and monitoring therapeutic progress, adapting treatment as necessary to meet the changing needs of patients.
• You will provide education and training to patients and their families regarding exercises, use of therapeutic equipment, and maintaining healthy behaviors outside of therapy sessions.
• Collaboration is key; you will coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team, prioritizing caseloads and managing daily assignments to ensure optimal patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary patient population will include individuals recovering from surgical procedures, orthopedic injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Vitality Restore serves both adults and pediatric patients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to rehabilitation that addresses the specific needs of each demographic. Your expertise will help facilitate their progress towards functional independence and enhanced quality of life.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is essential; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care and a strong desire to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of 2 years of related experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, fresh graduates with relevant clinical rotations are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
