Assistant Event Manager - Entry Level | Paid Training

We’re hiring motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals for Assistant Event Manager positions supporting live events, promotional campaigns, community outreach, and customer engagement activities .

What You’ll Do

• Support event setup, registration, activities, and breakdown
• Help coordinate team members during events

• Answer questions and provide information about programs and promotions
• Provide excellent customer service and community engagement
• Assist with event materials, displays, demonstrations, and promotional activities
• Help track daily activities and event goals
• Participate in team meetings, training, coaching, and leadership development
• Learn event operations, marketing, communication, customer service, and team coordination
• Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience
