Description:
- Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and administrative duties.
- Organize meetings, manage calendars, book resources, and coordinate workflows.
- Act as a liaison, provide status updates, and generate reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Monitor project expenses and manage financial queries, as directed.
- Set up file folders for new projects and file project paperwork accordingly
- Create bid binders and complete follow up phone calls.
- Actively promote health and safety in the workplace.
- Report all unsafe conditions and unsafe acts as they become aware.
- Perform other related duties as advised by the Supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
