About My Client:

My client is an AI-native athlete-influencer marketing company. They run creator campaigns at the intersection of sports and culture for brands like Amazon, Nike, and OLIPOP, powered by their proprietary AI engine. Their work spans campaigns from the Super Bowl to March Madness. They’re a lean team moving fast and shifting upmarket toward larger brands and agency partnerships.

The Role:

Every consumer brand wants to win with athletes and creators, but most are getting it wrong: one-off posts, the wrong partners, and no real way to measure what worked. Your job is to find those brands first, show them a better way, and bring them to the table. The top of the funnel is yours from day one. It’s a seat you earn.

What You’ll Do

• Build the pipeline. Find the brands that should be running athlete and creator campaigns, and get them to take the meeting.
• Automate the grind. Use AI to research accounts, find contacts, and run outreach, so your time goes to real conversations.
• Qualify with intent. Focus on brands that are a real fit and ready to move.
• Close the loop. Bring what you hear in the field back to the team to shape how they sell and what they build.

• AI-native. You build your own agents and workflows, not just prompts.
• Confident. Great on the phone, sharp in writing, and a “no” doesn’t rattle you.
• A competitor. You’ve competed at something and won, and you outwork people.

• In NYC or ready to be, five days a week.
