HR Business Partner

Responsibilities Establish and maintain relationships with leaders and other employees Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions) Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation Participate and assist in executing various HR programs such as annual compensation reviews, performance management and succession planning Maintain and administer programs such as, but not limited to: Drug Screening (random), Service Awards, Subsidies, etc. Licenses/ Certifications HRCI or SHRM, preferred Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or other applicable degree Minimum 3 years of HR experience Proficient in Excel Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Have collaborative work style Enjoy a diverse and team-oriented work environment Dexian stands at the forefront of Talent + Technology solutions with a presence spanning more than 70 locations worldwide and a team exceeding 10,000 professionals.
