How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead the delivery of compassionate, direct nursing care by adapting to the unique needs of a diverse patient population within a high-standard clinical environment.

• Manage the end-to-end patient care journey by implementing and adjusting care plans that directly improve clinical outcomes and recovery speeds.

• Advocate for patient health by meticulously monitoring conditions and communicating vital updates to the medical team to ensure proactive intervention.

• Coordinate a seamless multidisciplinary approach, acting as the central link between specialties to ensure the patient receives holistic, well-organized support.

• Execute complex clinical orders with precision, ensuring every medical directive is translated into high-quality, safe, and effective bedside care.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire required.
