Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 academic year, working in a vibrant and collaborative educational setting. Your expertise will help children achieve their communication goals, positively shaping their learning experiences from July 27, 2026, through May 28, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid Virginia SLP License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience providing SLP services within K-12 school environments is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of speech and language challenges
• Collaborate closely with educators, special education staff, and parents to ensure optimal student progress
• Maintain accurate records and document services in line with school and district requirements
• Provide input for IEP meetings and support evaluations
• Offer consultative support and resources to teachers and families
• Engage in continued professional growth and development
