From July 27th, 2026, to May 28th, 2027, you’ll enjoy a structured, school-year schedule, working 37.5 hours each week.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia SLP license (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in school-based SLP services highly preferred
• Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt interventions to individual student needs across age groups
• Proficient with virtual or in-person service delivery

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement IEP goals in accordance with state and federal standards
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families regarding student progress
• Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with district protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school-based activities
• Serve as a resource to school staff on communication disorders and strategies
