The 20 LLC, a premier MSP in Portland, OR, seeks a Regional Service Technician to diagnose and repair workstations, networks, and servers onsite with remote support capabilities. The role blends bench skills with field work across various client environments. Ideal candidates will have strong Windows OS, AD concepts, and security software knowledge, plus hardware troubleshooting and VPN experience.
