The AME Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to support clients in Louisville, KY and surrounding areas. You will perform on-site and remote IT support, handling desktops, laptops, servers, networking gear, and peripherals with a strong emphasis on customer experience. Responsibilities include installation, configuration, upgrades, patch management, thorough documentation, and proactive communication with clients.
