Director of Foodservice Sales (New Accounts Hunter)
Engelman's Bakery
Engelman’s Bakery is seeking a Director of Foodservice Sales to accelerate growth in hospitality, institutional, and foodservice channels. The role emphasizes direct prospecting, in-person visits, and sample drops to close new accounts with independent restaurants and restaurant groups. You will build a direct pipeline, lead negotiations with chefs and buyers, and collaborate across teams to deliver customized bakery solutions.
